Purpose and Introduction　　
The central transmission single tube suction dredger is used in large diameter circular sedimentation tanks, especially in secondary sedimentation, in urban sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment, to remove sludge settled at the bottom of the tank and scum on the surface of the skimming tank. This series of suction machines is suitable for both secondary sedimentation of surrounding effluent and secondary sedimentation of central inlet and surrounding effluent.

Structure and working principle
The ZDX type center driven single tube mud suction machine consists of a working bridge, a skim plate, a scraper arm, a center mud collection cylinder, a driving device, a center column, a center rotating vertical frame, a mud suction pipe, a floating slag baffle, an outlet weir plate, a water blocking skirt plate, and a counterweight block.
The equipment adopts a central transmission and vertical frame type. Sewage enters the surrounding water distribution tank and flows evenly into the tank through the bottom water distribution hole. Under the action of the surrounding water blocking skirt, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center, and the sludge settles at the bottom of the tank by its own weight, forming a separation of mud and water. The driving device drives the central vertical frame to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and suction pipe to rotate. Under the action of static water pressure, the sludge uniformly enters the suction port arranged on the suction pipe, and then is discharged outside the tank through the sleeve valve of the central discharge well. The size of the sludge discharge can be controlled by the lifting degree of the sleeve valve. The floating slag on the water surface is swept to the edge of the pool by the skimming device, and then scraped into the slag hopper by the scraper and discharged outside the pool.

The ZDX type center driven single tube suction machine adopts a cross-sectional design, and the suction port on the conical suction pipe is uniquely designed with a variable hole distance, from inside to outside, and from small to large, ensuring that the discharge capacity of each suction hole matches the settling sludge amount at the bottom of the belt shaped pool it is loaded with. This ultimately ensures rapid suction and high sludge concentration;
2. Other small sludge is stirred, and the returned sludge is fresh without decay, resulting in good effluent quality;
3. The driving device adopts a combination of helical gear reducer and turbine reducer to ensure output torque and speed, with high transmission effect. The reducer is equipped with an over force torque protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation;
4. The equipment is easy to operate and can be directly controlled locally/remotely for its operation.
